SHIPPING
What are the delivery options? And How do I track my order?

All Orders would be Dispatched after Confirming the Authencity of the Order.

All Orders would be disptached within 2-4 days of placement ( excluding sundays and public holidays ). There might be delay in dispatch if the product is under production.

The normal delivery time is 4 to 7 days from the date of disptach.

There might be delay in delivery due to unexpected or unavoidable factors.

As soon as the shipment is disptached, you would receive a mail with the tracking number and other details for you to track your order.

Kindly track your order with the number and delivery partner name provided in the mail in our website if you wish to.

Tracking details would be updated roughly within 24-48 hours from disptach.

On the day of the delivery you would receive a message on the contact number provided when the shipment is out for delivery.

Free Shipping on all orders across PAN India.

The cart total amount is inclusive of all taxes, shipping, handling and delivery. You do not need to pay any amount above or beyond that amount to any person.

Do you provide International delivery?
 
  • International Shipping would take 7-10 days roughly depending on the location.

  • No COD on international shipping 

  • No Exchange or returns on international shipping 

  • Shipping Charges would be reflected at checkout based on location and weight of the package.

  • Any custom charges if at all issued by your country will have to paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition,you may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. No Exchange or refunds or returns on sale items. By purchasing on the website, its understood that you have read the exchange policies & agreed upon the same before checking out.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

EASY  EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging (Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 7 days)

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from only our website.

Kindly read the steps below to get the product exchanged 

Note : Reverse shipping would cost INR 150 per product. We ll take care of the pick up from your address. Please note we are only charging what our logistics partner charge us as shipping rates. We are not charging anything additional for the same.

Please follow the following steps for exchange 

1. Request for a reverse pick up - We ll take care of the pick up. Kindly initiate a request from our exchange request page for us to arrange for the reverse pick-up. The reverse pick up would be arranged within 24-72 hours of you requesting for the same. Kindly click to raise a request for reverse pick up

2.Credit Note

  • All items purchased from our website would be Exchanged/ Returned for a Store Credit Coupon valid for 180 days. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding reverse shipping costs) will be credited to the coupon code. 

  • The coupon code would be sent to you in the mail ID provided while placing the order.Kindly save the email for future references.

  • This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 180 days on our website. It has to be used in the discount section while checking out.

  • Alternatively, if you have an account with us you could simply login in to your account to use the same.

  • The coupon code would be generated only after we recieve the product at our warehouse & is checked. 

NOTE: We DO NOT provide REFUNDS / CASH / MONETORY REFUNDS.

No Returns or Exchange Applicable on International Orders 

Shipping

  • The customer has to bear the reverse pick up charges.

  • No exchange Or refunds on products purchased on sale ( Sale Store )

  • We provide reverse pick ups only in India. 

  • No Exchange on international orders

  • For international orders, if the customer refuses to pay the custom charges if at all applicable while delivering, there will be no refunds of the order.

  • NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS ON ACCESSORIES

  • Exchanges can be processed only once per order

  • Pre-paid orders cant be cancelled once placed. There are no refunds.

  • There would be no refunds incase of any delays due to natural calamities, or unseen delays in logistics.

  • All the purchases will be non-refundable.
